Žiga Zois Fundation was established in January 2004 as a nonprofit beneficiary and humanitarian institution. The Foundation was constituted on the basis of cooperation with people and organizations that dedicate the care and the energy unselfishly to the others in the concern with their education, schooling, health and general well-being. We recognize the value of the commitment of those persons and organizations and we also realize the difficulties and obstacles they confront. During the formation of the Foundation we have been guided by the will to support their endeavors.

Žiga Zois Foundation intends to build the network of individuals, groups, organizations and institutions that operate on the improvement of the quality of life, education, schooling, and health care. We offer our help and support to all them in their mission fulfillment strivings especially to all those who are concerned with the education, schooling, health and well-being of others.
